Gas Card Giveaways at 6/21 Pulte Dusty Shoe Tour

As Heron Bay at Waterstone's two newest models are almost 100 percent complete, Pulte Homes is hosting a Dusty Shoe Tour on Saturday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to noon so prospective homebuyers can walk around and envision what the completed models will look like. Pulte will be giving away 10 gas cards valued at $25 each during the event, and snacks and refreshments will be provided.

"At Heron Bay, residents enjoy first-class amenities without the first-class price tag," said Chris Leimbach, Director of Sales & Marketing, Pulte Homes/DiVosta - Southeast Florida/Orlando. "We believe once people see our homes, they will recognize the tremendous value each model has. In addition, we are offering gas cards to 10 lucky people during the Dusty Shoe Tour because we want potential homebuyers to see how close Palm Bay is to other communities while maintaining its small-town charm."

In terms of the recent fires in Palm Bay, Leimbach stated that Waterstone was unaffected.

"We are happy that neither our neighborhood's homes nor Sunrise Elementary School were affected by the recent fires in Palm Bay," said Leimbach. "We also want to thank the Palm Bay Fire Department for their hard work in bringing the situation under control in other parts of the city."

Those who visit will be the first to walk through the community's two newest single-family model homes: the Barrington and the Barclay, starting from $99,900.

The Barrington is a 1,265 sq. ft. single-family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2-car garage. The Barclay is larger at 1,461 sq. ft and also has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2-car garage. In addition, the community has four other single-family floor plans to choose from: Dover, Durham, Destin and the two-level Delray.
