Fort Pierce, FL October 25, 2006 - US Navy SEALs will be conducting a target assault during the Navy UDT-SEAL Museum's annual Muster on November 10-12. The Navy SEAL commandos will be conducting a helicopter assault and other demonstrations highlighting their capabilities and typical mission scenarios. Additionally, the public will be granted a rare opportunity to interact with both current and former SEALs.

"We have a great line-up for Muster XXI this year" said Mike Howard, Executive Director of the Navy UDT-SEAL Museum. The SEAL Team demonstration and 5K run/walk are just a few of the activities going on during this free annual event. However, the Navy UDT-SEAL Museum regrets to announce the cancellation of the performance of the Navy's parachute team, the "Leapfrogs" at Muster XXI. "It is unfortunate that the Leapfrogs will be unable to perform at Muster XXI. We thank them for their past support of the event and look forward to working with them in the future." said Mike Howard.

The SEAL Team assault will take place on Saturday, November 11 and will be only one of several activities conducted by the SEALs. In addition to the live demonstrations, current, former, and some celebrity SEALs will be available to the public for questions and answers. "This is the part of Muster that keeps me talking for the next 364 days" said one local resident. There will also be an opportunity for the public to interact with the SEALs' equipment. One regular attendee quipped "It is really neat to be a part of something like this."

The Navy UDT-SEAL Museum is the only museum dedicated to preserving the history of the Navy SEALs and their predecessors, including the Underwater Demolition Teams, Naval Combat Demolition Units, Office of Strategic Services Maritime Units, and Amphibious Scouts and Raiders. Located in Fort Pierce, Florida - the birthplace of the Navy Frogman - the Museum promotes public education by providing the opportunity to explore the history of the Navy SEALs in an atmosphere of respect and honor.
