Enroll in FREE Fall VPK Program Now!

St. Lucie County, FL - Children who are four on or before Sept. 1 during their pre-kindergarten year are eligible for the FREE Fall VPK program.

Registering a child is easy. Applications are available online at www.vpkflorida.org. The application can be filed electronically or printed and completed. They are also available at the ELCSLC office located at 509 Georgia Avenue, Fort Pierce.

The next step is an eligibility interview that takes approximately 15 minutes. Families should stop in at the ELCSLC office between 8 am and 6:30 pm. An appointment is not necessary.

A family needs the following information in order to have an eligibility interview:
• A completed application
• The confirmation number if the application was completed on line.
• The child's original birth certificate
• Proof of address
• A photo ID for the parent
