The members of the Indian River State College Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda, a national business organization that prepares students for careers in business-related fields, returned from the Annual Phi Beta Lambda National Leadership Conference in Atlanta with several top awards. Over 2,000 students competed in the competition.
Second-place honors were awarded to Palm City resident,
Gregg Barbato, in Cyber Security; third-place honors were awarded to Port St. Lucie resident,
Kenneth Johnson, in Network Concepts and Help Desk; third-place and eighth-place honors were award to Fort Pierce resident,
Brian Lenhart, in Contemporary Sports Issues and Project Management; fourth-place and six-place honors were awarded to Port St. Lucie resident,
Michael Casale, in Macroeconomics and Microeconomics.
