SLC Education Foundation Employee Dependent Scholarships
Christopher Mallon, Jasmine Stevens, and Bryan Wax each received $1,500 scholarships through the St. Lucie County Education Foundation's Employee Dependent Scholarship program.
Christopher Mallon was the valedictorian at St. Lucie West Centennial High with a gpa of 5.3 and has also earned his A. A. degree from IRCC. He started in the engineering program at the University of Florida during the summer term. Christopher's mother is a reading teacher at Dan McCarty Middle School.
Jasmine Stevens is a graduate of Fort Pierce Westwood who plans to become a physical therapist, attending the University of South Florida. Jasmine's mother is the dean's clerk at Northport K - 8.
Bryan Wax was an International Baccalaureate student at LPA who plans to attend Stetson University. Bryan has volunteered many hours through the Boy Scouts. His mother is an office clerk at Lincoln Park Academy.
