PORT ST. LUCIE - Throughout the month of August, the Morningside Branch Library will showcase the more than 30 works of literature from area authors.

Members of the Treasure Coast Writers Guild will present a showcase exhibit of their works at the library during regular hours. Several members of the Guild attend the long-standing Morningside Writers Critique group that meets on Thursday mornings.

More than 30 titles will be on display, including novels, short stories, non-fiction, memoir, adventure, romance, crime, historical fiction, sports, humor and children's books. The display also includes biographical information of the authors, all of whom reside on the Treasure Coast.
