Have you - or others - been "Seen Going Green?"

Post your "Seen Going Green" photos on YourHub.com, as part of a Treasure Coast Festival Celebrating Greener Living, "The Art of Living Green."

You could win prizes including a $250 gift certificate from the A.E. Backus Museum gift shop in Fort Pierce, in association with the Jan. 17 and 18 festival sponsored by Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers.

Prize presentation will be on stage Jan. 17 by HGTV's Carter Oosterhouse.

Deadline for posting is Jan. 11.

First, click on the link http://www.yourhub.com. If not in color when you receive it, you can copy and paste it to go to the Web site.

Once on the YourHub.com national page, click on "Florida"and then the "hub"or town on the Treasure Coast you would like to post in. Your hub page on the Treasure Coast will come up on top.

On top of the site on the left side, see a red circle you must complete to register for free. Click on the top of the page where you see "Get Published" and
the site will walk you through a few steps. Choose the "Environment" category.

If you first choose to write a short accompanying story, you may click "Attach Images"on the bottom of the screen. Then attach your photos, much like you attach images in an e-mail. Please enter a title before attaching photos.

You may choose not to include a story with your photos, however, please include caption information with first and last names of those in the photo and what the photo is depicting. If you choose not to include a story, the same instructions will apply but you may leave the story text box blank and go on to "Attach Images"on the bottom of the screen.

Click "Preview"to see what your story and photos will look like. Click "Publish" on the bottom of the page, and your story and/or photo is live on YourHub.com.

"Seen Going Green" Photo Contest
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Photo Contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia, who are 18
years or older at the time of entry Employees of Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers, dba YourHub.com (sponsors), their parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion , ("Associated Members") and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Photo Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws, and regulations. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Photo Contest begins 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Friday, December 26, 2008 and ends 11:59 PM E.S.T. Sunday, January 11, 2009. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants

JUDGING: The winner(s) will be selected by a panel of judges from all eligible entries received on during the entry period by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.

Three prizes of $250 AE Backus Gift Shop Gift Certificate, Four passes on an Indian River Lagoon Pontoon Boat Tour and admission to the St. Lucie Marine Center, featuring the Smithsonian Marine Eco-System Exhibit. A "green" gift basket from the Oxbow Eco-Center, including admission into special events at the Oxbow. will be chosen on or about January 12, 2009.
PRIZES: Winner's have (5) five business days to claim prize. If prize is not claimed within five business days, prizes will be re-awarded with a new drawing. (3) prizes will be awarded, consisting of a $250 Gift Certificate to
AE Backus Gift Shop, Four passes on an Indian River Lagoon Pontoon Boat Tour and admission to the St. Lucie Marine Center featuring the Smithsonian Marine Eco-System Exhibit ($80 Value),. A "green" gift basket from the Oxbow Eco-Center, including admission into special events at the Oxbow ($75 Value) (Total combined ARV is $905).
All gratuities, and any other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner(s). There will be no substitutions for prizes except due to unavailability, in which case, a prize of equal or greater
value will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be notified by phone or email and are required to complete the required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability forms. Refusal or return of prize notification as undeliverable will also result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be randomly
selected.
By participating in this Photo Contest and submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor.
