Photography Workshops Now Available in Fort Pierce

Are you interested in learning the basics of photography? Here's your chance to learn from a professional with 25 years of experience as a professional photographer. J. Scott Kelly of Island Images Professional Photography Studio, Inc. and Co-Director of Southeast Gallery of Photographic Art is now offering various photographic workshops for those interested in photography. These workshops are designed to teach you the basics of your camera, lenses, and other photographic equipment, as well as artistic composition and format. "The Fundamentals of Photography 101" Workshop is a basic 2.5 hour workshop on Getting to Know Your Equipment and Taking Better Scenics. Also offered is a Workflow 101 Workshop, designed to give you the steps you need to get your images from camera to computer and beyond. This workshop is oriented to windows based computers and presents simple tools and lessons learned from the pro's about how to establish good habits in photographic workflow management, using simple windows based programs and tools to manage and manipulate files for file management, editing, backing up, and printing or emailing and uploading to online galleries.

These photography workshops will be offered at the ArtBank building located at 111 Orange Avenue in Historic Downtown Fort Pierce, hosted by Art Mundo - a center for creative expression. The first Fundamentals of Photography 101 Workshop is scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd, at 2:00 p.m. Both the Fundamentals 101 and Workflow 101 Workshops will be offered on Saturday, September 19th, beginning at 9:00 a.m. A complete schedule of the workshops offered at the ArtBank location may be found at www.southeastgalleryofphotographicart.blogspot.com
