The '08 Indrio Area "Relay for Life" is Here!

FORT PIERCE, Fla.-- The '08 Indrio Area "Relay for Life" is Here! On May 16-17, 2008, The Indrio Area Relay is being held at the Lakewood Park Elementary School, starting at 6:00 pm on Friday May 16th, and ending at Noon on Saturday May 17th. Teams will take to the track, walking for 18 hours to raise money and awareness for finding a cure to cancer. Games, Entertainment, and Great Fellowship will be enjoyed by all who attend.

Every year, the American Cancer Society's "Relay For Life" brings communities together across the nation to take part in the fight against cancer. Besides being an important fundraising event, it is also a place where people gather to celebrate survivors, a place to remember those who bravely fought and lost and finally a place to help sharpen the tools in the fight against the terrible disease.
