The Pilot Club has been active in Ft. Pierce for over 50 years, contributing time and talents to raise funds for and provide service to improve our community. With the help of the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Department and the Alzheimer's Community Care organization, the club has underwritten a Project CareTrac to track lost persons by providing radio controlled bracelets for those who suffer from Alzheimer's and are prone to wander.
The club's fundraising efforts also include aid to organizations such as New Horizons, Treasure Coast Food Bank, Full Involved Farms, St. Lucie County School District Special Needs students and teachers, Canine Companions for Independence and many others.
