Upcoming Networking Opportunities

The St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce announces its Networking Events for April.

The SLC Chamber presents, Coffee with the Port St. Lucie Mayor, sponsored by PGA Credit Union, will be held on Friday, April 10, 2009 at 8:30 AM in the Port St. Lucie Community Center, located at 2195 SE Airoso Blvd, in Port St. Lucie. The event is free of charge, and no need to RSVP! Join us in this opportunity to receive an update from Mayor Patricia Christensen. Complimentary coffee will be provided by Standard Coffee Service and pastries by Roma Bakery.

The SLC Chamber Networking Breakfast, sponsored by the Cruises, Inc. and McDonald's Corporation, will be held Tuesday, April 14, at 8:00 AM. This event will be held at Gator Trace Golf and Country Club, 4302 Gator Trace Drive, Ft. Pierce. The cost is $12.00 per person. RSVP with payment must be received by 5 PM on Friday, April 10, 2009.

The SLC Chamber B.A.S.H. (Business & Social Hour), sponsored by Exchange Club CASTLE, is being held on Wednesday, April 18, 2009 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. The April B.A.S.H. will be held at 3525 SW Midway Road, Ft. Pierce. 772-465-6011. Come out and join us for this great networking opportunity! This event is free and no need to RSVP!

The SLC Chamber hosts, "How to Write an Effective Business Plan" workshop, presented by the Pharus Group will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM at the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce Administrative Office, located at 1850 SW Fountainview Blvd., Suite 201. Space is limited; please RSVP by 5 PM on Friday, April 17, 2009.

The SLC Chamber's Commerce Street Luncheon will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2009, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, at Domenicks at Pantherwoods, located at 9425 Meadowood Drive, Ft. Pierce. AT&T Advertising is the sponsor of this event. Please join the chamber as the guest speaker, Amy Brunjes, Florida Power & Light Company's External Affairs Manager for the Treasure Coast presents a FP&L Update. Networking and lunch is from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm and the program will begin promptly at noon. The cost is $20.00 per person. RSVP with payment must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2009.

The SLC Chamber presents, Coffee with the Commissioner, sponsored by Treasure Coast Hospice, will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in the County Commissioners Chambers in Fort Pierce, located at 2300 Virginia Ave, (3rd floor). Join us in this opportunity to receive an update from Commissioner Paula Lewis, and enjoy complimentary coffee and baked goods from Golden Corral Restaurant. This networking event is free of charge and open to members and non-members.
