Managing and Surviving Parenthood
- Toddlers to Teens is a highly interactive four-week course designed for parents and/or professionals who work with children of all ages. This course utilizes real life examples to provide skills and knowledge to survive and thrive during the adolescent years. Classes meet once a week for four weeks at South Port Middle School. Next scheduled Managing and Surviving Classes begin February 3 and run through February 24, with a second session beginning March 3 and ending March 24. All classes begin at 6:00 pm.
Redirecting Children's Behavior
is a five-week course based on the work of Rudolph Dreikurs, M.D., a highly noted therapist, researcher and author of
Children: The Challenge.
The course is endorsed and recommended by pediatricians and mental health professionals nationwide. Classes meet once a week for five weeks at various locations. Next scheduled Redirecting Children's Behavior class begins February 10 and runs through March 10 at Port St. Lucie Elementary School, with a second class beginning April 20 and ending May 18 at the Fort Pierce PAL Location.
