Cats Rule! No wait! Dogs Rule!

The Humane Society has lots of dogs, cats, kittens and puppies available for adoption right now! The small adoption fee ($60 cat/$75 dog) includes a vet check, vaccinations, a microchip, and spay or neuter. Please see our website www.hsslc.org for pictures of many more available animals.

Ruff: Talk about personality! He saw the camera and posed so nicely, just waiting to show you how special he is! He's about 10 months old, litter trained and likes children. Come in and see how wonderful he is!

Cheech: This is a wonderful dog. He's about 2 yrs old, neutered, with all his shots and a microchip.He's also housebroken and good with cats and children. His favorite toy is a tennis ball and he will chase one for as long as you will throw it! He'd make agreat addition to any family.

Sadie: Sadie is a stunning young lady with a personality to match. At about 2yrs old, she is settled and looking for a loving home. She is very affectionate and will lie in your lap or your arms, content, for hours. She'll make a wonderful addition to your family.

Rex: Rex came in as a stray, so not much is known about him. He's a Flame Point Siamese mix, and about 1 yr old, his colors will continue to darken some more. He's very calm and affectionate, and enjoys being held. Why not consider him as an addition to your family

Bosley: What a storyhe has to tell.He's been here sincehe was 7 weeks old andis now 6 months.We've taken really good care of him, andhe lovesus all, but frankly,he's tired of being here!He's got great manners and love to go for walks and would love some room to run around. Won't you please payhim a visit?

These are just a few of the wonderful companion animals available for adoption. Each one is as deserving as the next of a good home and a loving family. Please, take the time to visit with them, and if you simply cannot adopt, please consider volunteering some time to spend with them instead. The impact on their lives, and yours, will be immeasurable.
