We're waiting for you to adopt us!
Contributed by: Judith Nobles on 10/31/2006

We've recently adopted out quite a few dogs and cats,so there are a lot of new faces here at the shelter. We have such a variety...large and small, young and old, short hair and long..not to mention cats and kittens as well! Please pay us a visit soon and meet your new best friend!

Miracle: This is a beautiful little boy, born in the shelter back in August. He's grown up here and really has no idea how to be a dog! He is shy, but friendly, and anxious to find a human to be friends with.

Tuffy: Tuffy is a 5+ year old neutered male. He's housebroken, likes children and has an all-around good temperament. He's had some teeth removed, so needs to eat only soft, moist, yummy delicious food! As a Senior Pet, if adopted by a Senior (50+), the fee is drastically reduced! Come take him home today!

Shorty: Shorty is a 3 yr old neutered male with a great personality and lots of energy! He's good with kids of all ages and cats too! His owner had to move and couldn't take him, so he needs a new family to be with!

Avander: This is one handsome dog. At 2-3 yrs old, he's full grown at about 50 lbs. He is a little timid, so he would be best with older children. He came in as a stray, so his history is a mystery, but he's a very nice dog that deserves a loving family.

Sally: Sally is a big dog, 50 lbs already at 9 months old. She's friendly and playful and in the market for a new family. She's good with children and adults, and seems to be all right with cats and other dogs. As a stray, not much else is known about her, so come in and find out for yourself!

Mystic: This is a very cute, but very shy young female dog. She came in as a stray, so not much is known about her. She would probably be best with older children, and a patient adoptive family, but she has great potential!

Cookie: This is a beautiful young lady...full grown, about 35 lbs. She's great with older kids, housebroken and very smart. She is energetic and playful and ready for a forever home.

Floyd: Floyd is an 8 month old hound mix puppy. He came in with his brother (who got adopted) and is feeling dejcted now that he's alone. He's a little shy but will do great once he gets out of here. Come cheer him up if you can!
