A New Friend for the New Year

The Humane Society has lots of dogs, cats, kittens and puppies available for adoption right now! The small adoption fee ($60 cat/$75 dog) includes a vet check, vaccinations, a microchip, and spay or neuter. Please see our website www.hsslc.org for pictures of many more available animals.

Bonnie: Bonnie's a cute little female mixed breed, about 6 months old. She's full of fun, and ready to play.

Bucky: Bucky is a 4 yr old neutered male. He has a overbite but that just makes him cuter! His fur feels like fluffy cotton, and he loves to be groomed and petted! This is a very loving dog in need of a good home.

Granny: This little lady is a Senior Citizen...7+ yrs old...but still active and playful. She is a Level 2, which means no children under 10 yrs old, as they might be too loud or busy for her. She needs a quiet home with a more settled person/couple who can give her all the attention she deserves.

Jessie: Jessie is a sweet girl, about 1 yr old. She's a little shy...but comes around quickly when you talk "sweet" to her. She walks well on a leash, but not much else is known about her. How about a visit?

Ike: Just a brown dog.....that's what they call him...buthe's much more than that. About 7 mos old,he's funny and happy and eager to find some playmates.He just graduated from basic obedience training and knows how to sit, wait, down and walk on a leash.He's often overlooked forhis flashier sheltermates, buthe'll be the best dog you EVER had.
