FORT PIERCE - Registration is underway for Youth Flag Football and Cheerleading at Lakewood Park Regional Park with games starting May 29.

Managed by St. Lucie County's Parks and Recreation Department, Youth Flag Football and the Cheerleading programs are open to ages 5-15. Games will be played Fridays at 6:30 or 7:30 p.m. with practices being held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 - 8 p.m. The cost to participate is $55 per child for each program.

Practices and games will be held at the Lakewood Park Regional Park, 5990 Emerson Ave., Fort Pierce. The deadline to register for either program is May 8.
