FORT PIERCE - Fairwinds Golf Course will host the Junior Golf Scramble on Saturday, Aug. 22 to benefit the St. Lucie County Junior Golf Association.

The entry fee for a four-person team is $200 or $150 - if the team has at least one junior player (ages 7-17 or 18 - if the player is still in high school). Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third places, as well as "closest to the pin" and "longest drive." Teams are asked to pre-register by Friday, Aug. 14.

This tournament is being sponsored and presented by Fairwinds Golf Course in an effort to raise funds to introduce more children to golf and advance those who already play. Tee sponsorships are available for $50 per tee.
