Our 4th of July was a little down but over filled with pride. My son Tom Pryjda, a VBH 2000 graduate is deployed to Iraq. He is on his 3rd tour and very proud to serve our country. He has a very positive attitude and enjoys his duties and responsibilities required of him in Iraq.
On his first tour he was to return home for a visit just days after his birthday in April. Of course being a proud mother I wanted to do something special. So I got out one of Tom's pictures' and took it to "Big Prints" who in the end gave me a huge discount on the cost of a 5ft. poster of Tom. I then cut a 1/4inch board to fit the picture and decoupage the picture to the wood. So I now have a 5ft. figure of Tom that stands around the house and scares me. Without thinking you think someone really is standing there. "Tom" stands guard outside our home Memorial, July 4th and Labor Day for all to Salute.
We are sharing our pictures of our July 4th, 2007 with Tom in attendance in his "wooden" attire. We also would like to share our newest edition Chloe Erica Bihl who arrived Thursday June 28th, weighing in at 6lbs.9oz. We posed our "wooden" Tom with Chloe, his newest niece,so Tom could share his day with all of us.
We HONOR ALL of our HERO'S. I personally want to thank them all!!!!!

I LOVE IT, YOU DID A GREAT JOB, SUSIE. I GIVE IT 5 STARS. TOM IS MY GRANDSON AND CHLOE IS MY GREAT GRANDAUGHTER, AND WE ARE A VERY CLOSE AND LOVING FAMILY. WE HONER ALL THE MEN AND WOMEN SERVING OUR COUNTRY.HATS OFF TO YOU SUSIE FOR A GREAT JOB WELL DONE..LOVE "MOM"
