Amy's 1 hour ZUMBA classes are loaded with Authentic LATIN DANCE Steps and pulsing Latin rhythms! Amy's Yoga classes are a full hour and a half with meditation, Breathing, Asana and a full relaxation. All classes are held at Stuart L.I.F.E.
