The American Red Cross Martin County Chapter recently recognized dozens of volunteers who have contributed countless hours and years to the American Red Cross.

"Volunteers are the backbone of the American Red Cross said Mary Sawyer, Executive Director, American Red Cross Martin County Chapter. "For 82 years the Martin County Chapter has been able to respond to disasters and teach life saving skills because of its local volunteers.

We honor these special men and women for their untiring service of humanity through the Red Cross," added Sawyer.
