GUARDIAN AD LITEM RECRUITMENT COFFEE SUCCESS:

On Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., Starbucks and the Guardian ad Litem Program volunteers, Doris Myer Plym and Darlene Gleaves hosted a recruitment coffee at Starbucks on US1 and 12 th street in Vero Beach. This event was quite successful and all present were treated wonderfully by Starbucks and their Shift Manager, Amy Leigh Axelson. Each potential volunteer enjoyed a complimentary beverage from Starbucks, while being introduced to the Guardian ad Litem Program's volunteer opportunities.

Anna Camuso, Guardian ad Litem was also involved in this event. She attended this event with two new potential volunteers. Starbucks has agreed to host this event again. The next Recruitment Coffee is scheduled for June 28 th at 10 a.m.
