Hughes civic experience includes forming the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Medical Group Manager's Association, former board member of the Wiregrass Medical Group Manager's Association, member of Alabama's CPA Society 15 member task force for CPA's In Industry, and is a member of the Treasure Coast, Florida, and National Medical Group Manager's Association.
