Qu.E.S.T - A 30-minute fast paced quick, effective, strength & conditioning class for all ages and fitness levels.
Monday through Friday 6:30am and 7:30am
Metabolic Boot Camp - 45-minutes of calorie crushing indoor Boot Camp style fitness incorporating strength, speed, agility and cardiovascular conditioning ending with a comprehensive stretch.
Saturdays 8:30am
Chris's Super Bodymix - full-body work-out incorporating muscular strength, endurance and functional movements.
Monday &Thursday 5:30pm
20/20 - Total body work-out boosting muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
Tuesday 4:30pm
