What:	An appeal to all patriotic Americans to donate their new and used DVDS, which are then shipped to Ammericas"s fighting men and women overseas is being made by Dr. Joey Chang of Jensen Beach. Will you please help out our Troops by giving them safe entertainment? Dr. Joey Chang has a suggestion for what to do with all thse DVDs you no longer need or want. Operation DVD provides safe entertainment for our Troops which is a concept that is VERY diffucult at best for U.S. Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Mariens in Iraq and Afghanistan. As a matter of fact....... Even baseball and softball games are no longer possible in may areas because of snipers, mines, and other terrorist activities!!! According to SSG David Vance..."DVDS are definitely the #1 form of enertainment over here." Libraries of DVDs are being established at all bases, most of which have a reinforced recreation room equipped with a television and DVD player. The goal is to utimately have a selection of 200-250 titles in roation at each base. All films are acceptable, but DVDs of sensitive nature (such as those portraying the killing Muslims) are removed. Children's movies are distributed stateside through the Family Readiness Group(s) of the National Guard to the children of families with a parent currently serving. Please come by the office between October 1st and November 11th (Veterans Day) and drop off your DVDs. When you bring in two or more new or used DVDs Dr. Chang would like to offer a complimentary no-obligation consultation, exam and any necessary x-rays to all that participate in this worthy cause.
