Only three spots remain for a local workshop taught by Susan Somerset Webb, who will teach her participants how to "tap away their problems" with EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique. The workshop will be held tomorrow, June 26, at the Infinity Light Center, 2500 NE Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The cost is $50 per person and an RSVP is needed. EFT is a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is a unique version of acupuncture except needles are not used. Instead, Somerset Webb will show attendees how to stimulate well established energy meridian points on their body by tapping on them with their fingertips.

"The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere," said Somerset Webb. "Imagine relieving your anxiety problem or quitting smoking without gum, patches or painful withdrawals. At the EFT workshop, you'll learn science-based techniques to address just about any problem in three short hours, which will improve your life beyond measure."

Advanced techniques will be taught at the workshop and handouts will be distributed.

Somerset Webb endured an undiagnosed illness for more than a year when she was introduced to EFT as a last resort. Little did she know that it was the key to restoring her emotional and physical health. Inspired by her return to health, Somerset Webb became a dedicated Advanced EFT Practitioner, helping hundreds through her popular workshops as well as her busy private practice. Clients have experienced relief from issues as varied as pain, stress, depression, and anxiety. Somerset Webb does corporate and sales team training as well.
