We are excited about an opportunity we have this summer to be His hands and feet in a foreign country.  As a church family, Treasure Coast Community Church is headed to Guayabo, Costa Rica with GTD (www.goingthedistance.org) in July.  We have a great team ready to have Him build something through us and build something in us.

 GTD and Homes of Hope International are building an orphanage of 18 homes for 200 orphans complete with a medical clinic, school, retreat center, and fish farm.  In addition to work projects our team will minister to the local community, assist local churches, and experience several adventure activities Costa Rica has to offer.

We are going to be a part of a movement in central Costa Rica to bring Christ to a hurting, lost group of people.  You can be a part of what God is doing in and through us.  There are two ways you can partner with us in this effort.  Our two major needs are prayer and financial support.  Each participant must raise $1150. If you would be interested in supporting the team or a specific team member you can pick up a "Partner with Us" brochure in the lobby on Sunday morning or contact the church office at 772.334.3999.  We need your partnership to do God’s work. Also, please consider supporting us through prayer. 

    -Pray that each team member is able to raise the needed funds.
    -Pray for group unity and Spiritual growth within the team.
    -Pray for the GTD staff and the Costa Rican churches we’ll be working with.
    -Pray for the people in Costa Rica that we’ll be working with and ministering to.
