Some might say this is the worst time to start a new business, but Joe and Gary Romano believe -there is no time like the present. The father and son duo recently launched SEGA CONSTRUCTION AND CUSTOM WINDOWS in Stuart. Though the real estate market is still suffering from the bursting bubble, the Romanos say there is a need for quality remodel construction work and impact window installation.
