HERE IS YOUR CHANCE FOR REAL RELIEF!

FLORIDA BALLOT INITIATIVE

Dear Florida Residents:

HERE IS YOUR CHANCE FORREAL RELIEF FROM HIGH TAXES, INSURANCE AND FUEL COST!

I have formed a 527 non-profit called "FLORIDA BALLOT INITIATIVE" PAC. I have filed several ballot initiatives to reform government regulations, taxes, and insurance. In the summary of the initiatives at the bottom of this page you see links so you can read the full text of our petitions, and are able to print them out by clicking on the print button provided in Adobe Reader. I believe these initiatives will reduce the cost of living, doing business in Florida, and they will bring prosperity and jobs back to our state. The Government should not be our only source of good paying jobs in Florida.

I NEED YOUR HELP NOW. TO GET EACH INITIATIVE ON THE 2008 BALLOT WE NEED 611,009 SIGNED VALID PETITIONS:

1. GO DOWN THE PAGE TO THE SUMMARY OF INITIATIVES, CLICK THE LINKS, AND PRINT THE PETITIONS!

2. SIGN THE PETITIONS AND MAIL THEM. CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NEEDED TO FUND THE "FLORIDA BALLOT INITIATIVE"!

3. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW BECAUSE GETTING THESE ON THE 2008 BALLOT IS A MONUMENTAL TASK.

Florida can be the first state where one can actually own property. The tax collector levies your property every year, and if you don't pay, you will face forfeiture and then the forced sale of your property. We can control spending and tax increases by limiting them to increases in population plus inflation, and we can rollback outrageous taxes and budgets to the fiscal year 2000-2001, plus increases in population plus inflation.

Exemptions are now exceeding the total sales tax revenue collected. Florida can expand the base of sales tax by limiting sales tax exemptions that were given as political favors. That extra revenue, and the tax cuts, can be used to abolish property taxes. The most important reason to abolish the property tax is: we should never be forced off our property or out of our home by any form of taxation. The homestead must be protected.

Our current situation is killing our local economy and driving out good paying jobs and businesses. Florida needs to become more efficient as our population increases. Public employees have increased at almost twice the rate of population. Floridians are struggling to survive rising taxes, insurance costs, interest rates, inflation, and gasoline prices. Why are we mandating minimum fuel prices at the pump? This is just one example of bad legislation, and political favors, that are unnecessarily costing Floridians money.

Government is a monopoly. It should never use public funds to fight the voices of its people by spending millions of dollars on lobbyists and consultants. How can we compete against our own money? We have to stop passing the buck from one class of property taxpayers to another, and realize that a classic form of divide-and-conquer politics has been used against residents, non-residents, and businesses. If this pattern continues, state and local revenues will continue to drop, as residents and businesses flee the state for friendlier shores. Together we will turn the tide, and again make Florida into a State of Dreams!

Let Florida lead the nation, and be the most tax friendly place for a family and a business. We will succeed because we know hundreds of thousands of Floridians are demanding insurance and tax relief. We will all benefit when businesses relocate to Florida. These reforms will help the real estate market recover while reducing foreclosures, and by eliminating ad valorem property tax payments now ranging from $500 to $1,000 a month on newer homes.

We will be the only state without a property tax or personal income tax. You can get involved. Ballot initiatives cost money to advertise, print, mail, produce, and the county charges money to verify voter's signatures. Email is the most cost effective way to get these petitions in the hands of Floridians. By forwarding this web site to all of your friends and by mailing in your signed petitions, you can help win the fight. Please print out as many petitions as you want so your friends can sign them too. If you can, please contribute.

You can send mail to the "Florida Ballot Initiative" at the mailing address printed at the bottom of this paragraph. Contributions of any amount helps, and is greatly appreciated. Checks should be made to "Florida Ballot Initiative" .With your Contribution we can get it done!Donations are not tax deductible.

When the people stand together, who can oppose us? Let's Roll!
