Just in time for their first anniversary, owners of City Dog launched a new recipe that's already getting fantastic reviews. The recipe is called Farmers Favorite, and is made to perfection with fresh Georgia chicken and slow baked sweet potatoes. Colleen Oakland, owner of City Dog in Stuart spent weeks formulating this blend due to a high demand from pet owners whose pets are suffering from ailments ranging from itchy skin to cancer. "Like all of my recipes, this particular one is formulated with these specific health problems in mind" says Colleen Oakland, owner of City Dog. "Farmers Favorite is not only lip smacking tasty, but it is packed with nutrition and grain free."

Oakland named this recipe Farmers Favorite because of her love for the farm she grew up on in northern New York State. Her desire to help animals through nutrition is from a combination of living on the farm and a thirteen-year career in food and nutrition working in hospitals and nursing homes.
