Daylong Yoga Retreat w/Laura Cole & Scott Feinberg

What:	Treat yourself to a full day of healing and renewal through an exploration into the heart of the yogic path. Yoga teachers Laura Cole and Scott Feinberg will weave another thread through the tapestry of intention as we explore the Eight Limbs of Hatha Yoga. This event will include 2 asana practices (Empowering Flow and Yin Yoga), walking and seated meditation, pranayama, journaling and an exploration into the full breadth of Hatha Yoga's Eight Limb Path. The retreat will be held at beautiful and peaceful Shimmering Pines in Jupiter Farms. Sunday June 1, 2008 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Retreat fee: $50.00 by 5/26/08 or $60.00 after 5/26/08.
