Aerobics for Seniors

What:	Enjoy easy-to-follow aerobic dance routines designed to increase metabolism and burn calories. Lose inches with the strength training exercises (using light weights) to flatten stomach, sculpt arms and tighten buttocks and thighs. COST: Purchase a Fitness Card for 10 classes giving you the flexibility to attend class around your schedule. $48.00 Jupiter residents / $60.00 non-residents.
