This class is a gentle approach for women who are beginners to strength training and lifting weights. It is designed for women who need to increase bone density to prevent osteoporosis. Using free weights, work at your own pace with a program that has been designed specifically to meet your needs. Class is limited to 6 students allowing for personal attention. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge to weight train on your own.
Class meets two times a week for 4 weeks. COST: $90 Jupiter residents/ $113 non-residents.
MUST HAVE APPROVAL OF INSTRUCTOR TO ATTEND.
