(Jupiter, Fl) BYOB Comedy Nights, northern Palm Beach County's only regularly running stand up comedy show takes place on Saturday June 14 th at 8pm with comedian Phil Tag. The show will take place at the 175 seat Atlantic Theater located in Jupiter, Fl. The show features nationally touring stand up comedians in an environment with no two drink minimum and patrons are encouraged to bring their own beverage. Phil Tag - numerous television appearances including Showtime, A&E, NBC's Friday Night Videos, and is a regular on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. And no stand-up career would be complete without the mandatory Star Search appearance. For the record, Phil was the final comedy champion before the show's demise. Phil has written for Saturday Night Live and the The 25th Annual Peoples Choice Awards.

Phil also sold his first feature film spec script titled Honky, which put him on the map as a legitimate Hollywood screenwriter. He followed that by landing his first rewrite job for Disney, a comedic screenplay titled The Killer, set to go into production in 2009 and has Tim Allen starring. Director Barry Sonnenfeld who's films include Get Shorty, The Adam's Family, Men in Black is producing. Most recently, Phil penned a second rewrite for Warner Brothers and director John Mostow ( Terminator 3) titled Piddlesticks.
