Jupiter and Treasure Coast businesses make A-List

WPBF-TV 25 announced the completion of the 2008 Best of the WPBF A-List contest, powered by CityVoter.com. Winners were revealed the week of June 9-13 on www.wpbf.com/alist. During the second annual competition, thousands of locals voted for their favorite businesses online at www.wpbf.com/alist. More than 11,000 users have logged into the WPBF A-List to share their insight with information, ratings and reviews on the best local businesses, making the A-List the premier destination for the insiders' scoop on the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast.

The WPBF A-List gives consumers a social platform to interact with their favorite local businesses. During the 10 week contest, the WPBF A-List added more than 300 new listings, currently featuring information, photos and reviews on more than 1,400 local hot spots. More than 19,000 votes were cast for more than 90 categories such as Best Burger, Day Spa, Pet Sitting, Martial Arts, Sushi, Art Museum and Live Music Venue.
