With communities all over Southeast and Southwest Florida, Pulte Homes of South Florida Division President Ryan Marshall is responsible for making sure homebuyers are pleased with their purchase of a Pulte, DiVosta or Del Webb home.
Now, With the recent merger between Pulte and Centex complete, Marshall said he looks forward to the future. "Centex and Pulte both have demonstrated a consistent focus in providing our customers an outstanding home buying experience and delivering the highest quality home," said Marshall.
"Both companies have built and developed first class neighborhoods that our customers are proud to call home. We have combined two industry leaders and will blend the best attributes from each company and continue to provide a wide array of new home choices to our customers."
With emerging technology, Marshall noted that the way people have shop has changed, and as a result, the company has turned to social media to find new ways to get information to potential homeowners.
"We have several billboards on highways that tell drivers to send a text message to a five-digit code for more information about a community, and within minutes of sending the text, they will receive a text message back as well as a phone call from our sales staff asking how they may be of service," said Marshall.
"In addition, our website has the ability to do a live chat online and potential homeowners can reach someone at our call center nearly 24 hours a day. Between these avenues and our presence on Twitter and Facebook, I think we're doing a pretty good job of giving people the opportunity to buy homes and getting them any information they need at their pace."
Marshall, who has been with Pulte for 8 ½ years and previously served as the Florida Area Vice President of Finance from 2004-2007, believes there are several factors that continue to make Florida a desirable place to live for prospective homebuyers.
"For starters, our proximity to the water is unmatched, as there are only so many locations in the U.S. where you have access to beaches and the ocean," said Marshall. "The year-round weather and general climate are nice, and there are a number of major cities in Florida within a relatively short drive of both coasts, which gives you the opportunity to access nearly everything you want."
