*Emergency Pet Care of Jupiter held their 1st Annual "PETS"TRAVAGANZA Saturday October 3, 2009
Guests enjoyed going on their hospital tours, seeing animals from
* Busch Wildlife Sanctuary,* Loxahatchee River Center "Touch Tank" ,* Grooming demo,* Loggerhead Marinelife Center Presentation, *Food and beverages,* Pet Adoptions by Safe Harbor Animal Rescue, and plenty more. There were Raffle drawings all day with great prizes provided by local Veterinarians and businesses!! Plus a Pet Halloween Costume Contest and Mini-Parade.
Amy Kight and Bryan Pepper from Busch Wildlife brought a skunk, Cara Cara owl and snake.
Kimberly Hall from Haute Hound had her adorable greyhound Milaney dressed in some of the cute outfits that she sells at her store.
Emergency Pet Care of Jupiter is an urgent care hospital set up for the emergency treatment of pets. We are equipped with advanced equipment and an experienced staff to be able to skillfully provide medical and surgical care for your sick and injured pets during the times when your regular veterinarian is unavailable.They are open nights, weekends, and holidays.
Theywork in partnership with your regular veterinarian to ensure that your pet receives the best treatment available for your emergency needs when your veterinarian's office is closed.They do not perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, boarding , grooming, spaying or neutering.They can treat cats, dogs and other companion animals and will also see exotic animals on a case by case basis.It is best to call ahead and notifythem of your arrival.
