The Village of North Palm Beach had a ribbon cutting for their new $500,000
Tennis Center, Saturday, Oct. 3.
Mayor David Norris welcomed the guests and gave thanks to many involved in the Tennis Center including David Brooks Construction, Peacock and Lewis Architects, and others. Mayor Norris and Councilman Eissey made sure the guests knew that no NPB tax money was used for the construction as the money came from a Florida Recreation Development Grant.
The gold ribbon was cut by North Palm Beach Council members Bill Manuel, Mayor David Norris, Ed Eissey, and TR Hernacki.

The building has a courtside veranda, showers, a kitchen and a meeting room plus the courts have been resurfaced. The facilities include 10 lighted Har-tru courts, fully-equipped pro shop, patio area and multi-purpose room.
