Total Wine and More has wine tastings each Friday and Saturday from 12-6 and Sunday 12 to 5 in Legacy Place on PGA Boulevard. People enjoyed sampling different wines from various countries. The store has huge selections of wines, beers and spirits. It is fun just roaming the wide aisles.
Saturday, we sampled wine from wine server Hank Fanelli, who started with the lighter whites and move through his selection to the darker reds. He had tasty crackers to cleanse the palate between tastings.
We usually meet nice people and socialize as we enjoy good wines.
The
Total staff has extensive wine knowledge, and employees go through wine-training programs. Every year, some employees go to California to work the harvest and spend time at the wineries we represent. Every other year,some Total team members go to Europe and visit wineries. They have employee wine tastings and wine dinners sosomeone in their storescan recommend certain wines togo with a certain foods.
Total philosophy is to focus on three things: selection, price and customer service.
