Muscular Dystrophy Association had their annual Stride & Ride "Walk of Hope," with walkers and riders, at The Gardens Mall, Sunday, November 1, .

Money raised from the event will be used to help provide MDA members in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast with services, such as clinic visits and purchasing and repairing equipment, along with providing research to help find cures for the 43 neuromuscular diseases that fall under the MDA umbrella.

Curves had a welcome table at the event and many of their members participated in the walk. Retirees with the Humana, Health Maintenance Organization have memberships with Curves to exercise and get good cardiovascular aerobics, raise metabolism and gain muscle strength.
Curves is located in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
