Michael Santos, one of the kids at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter, has an interest in the culinary industry so the Club made him Honorary Server and Chef of the Day last week. He is the 10-yr-old son of Club Home (fractional) Members Wilson and Lisa Santos of Manhasset, NY. He shadowed the culinary and food & beverage staff (second image illustrates him taking lunch orders at the Oasis poolside grill) and Executive Chef, Kenny Gilbert.
