Jupiter Medical Center (JMC) Foundation, Inc. Board of Trustees announced that
Peter O. Crisp has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at this year's annual meeting. Mr. Crisp has served on the JMC Foundation Board since 2006. He succeeds
Thomas R. Pledger, who has served as Chairman of the Board since 2004.

Incoming Chairman, Mr. Crisp, gave special recognition to retiring Chairman, Mr. Pledger, for his dedicated leadership and service. Under Pledger's tenure, the Foundation raised a record $9.3 million, fiscal year ending September 30, 2007 for special projects, including the expansion of the Emergency Department. Retiring Board Members
Harvey P. Gold and
Charles Kirsch were also recognized at the Annual Meeting. Mr. Kirsch was a Founding member of the Foundation.
