Outpatient Laboratory and Outpatient Imaging scores in the top 10% nationally

Jupiter Medical Center is ranked highest, with 30 other hospitals nationwide, for patient satisfaction at its Outpatient Laboratory and Imaging departments.
JMC was honored at a gathering of hospital leaders from across the United States at the 2008 PRC Client Education Conference, hosted by Professional Research Consultants, Inc., a nationally-known healthcare marketing research company.
The award recognizes JMC's two outpatient service lines for scoring at or above the 90th percentile for Overall Quality of Care in PRC's 2007 database. Data was collected in interviews with three months of JMC discharged patients.
JMC has put quality first in everything it does and conducts continuous research as part of its commitment to excellence in patient care and performance and to assure the highest levels of patient satisfaction.
