******OPERATION DVD****** HELPING OUR TROOPS

Jupiter area residents can help our Troops with safe entertainment by participating in Operation DVD. Operation DVD provides safe entertainment for our Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan by establishing at all bases a library of DVDs. In many areas even activities such as baseball and softballs games are no longer possible because of snipers, mines and other terrorist activities. According to SSG David Vance "DVDs are definitely the #1 form of entertainment over here." All films are acceptable, but DVDs of a sensitive nature will be removed. Children's movies will be distributed stateside through the Family Readiness Groups of the National Guard to the children of families with a parent currently serving.

Dr. Lucas Matlock of Matlock Chiro is offering an extra incentive to get people involved. Dr. Matlock is offering to anyone that brings in two or more new or used DVDs a free no-obligation consultation,examination and any x-rays that are medically necessary. You can drop off your DVDs at Matlock Chiro located at 2525 Military Trail Suite 103 in Jupiter or call 561-746-8482 for further directions or details.
