HELP FOR PEOPLE WHO CLUTTER

The Jupiter Community Center will be offering a "LET GO OF CLUTTER" workshop to help people who can't seem to throw anything away learn that it is OK to "let go" of their stuff!

Partipants in the workshop will learn practical decluttering tips, determine underlying reason(s) why they can't throw anything away, uncover negative self-talk and debilitating behavior patterns, and establish a clear vision of living a richer life with less stuff!

The three hour workshop will be held on Saturday, March 21, from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Jupiter Community Center, 210 Military Trail located behind the Police Department.

The facilitator is Kathy Andio, a former clutterer, who has a Masters in Education and has been teaching adults for over 25 years.
