Moving at the Speed of Life is hosting "An Evening of Laughter" with Tom Briscoe on Saturday, October 24, 2009.Tom has per formed his one man show "....So I got fired from THAT job!" as a headliner on Cruise Ships and at Casinos. He appears on the Comedy Channel and XM Satellite Radio and now for one night only at the PGA National Resort & Spa Grand Ballroom in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The event begins at 7pm with a silent auction and the show starts at 8pm.

The event proceeds will benefit Michael Smith and the Spinal Cord Program through Unlimited Abilities Foundation Inc. Michael, a lifelong Jupiterresident,is 24 years old and he sustained a spinal cord injury while skim boarding at Carlin Park last summer. The accident left him substantially paralyzed and unable to walk. We are raising money to pay for his ongoing medical expenses and physical rehabilitation for him to gain strength and independence. Michael has found a facility in North Palm Beach, Neuroxcel that works with people with Spinal Cord Injury. The program is helping Michael to reach his maximum potential but it is not covered by his insurance.
