Today's Promise offers professional Pastoral Counseling from an N.C.C.A. Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor who has training in individual, group, marriage, substance-abuse and addiction counseling. We also offer Temperament Counseling from an N.C.C.A. Licensed Temperament Counselor. Our name, Today's Promise, affirms God's promise and is based on Matthew 6:33-34 telling us, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

The greatest opportunity we have in our ministry is to share God's message and hope. Today's Promise provides a vehicle for individuals and families to release the pain and suffering experiences from family dysfunction, relationship difficulties, childhood memories or alchohol and drug abuse. Alternateively, Today's Promise provides spiritual training in various group classes offered. It is our greatest desire that each counselee finds forgivesness for the past, strength and comfort for the present, and hope for the future by trusting Jesus Christ to daily meet needs and heal emotional wounds. We do not force religion on counselees but we do urge them to develp a RELATIONSHIP with the only true Healer of their body, soul and spirit, Jesus Christ.
