Girl Scout Alumni Meet

The Gold Alliance, a group of Girl Scout Alumni, held their Annual Meeting on September 29, 2007.

This group, which is part of Girl Scouts of Palm Glades Council, consists of adult Girl Scout alumni who organize and plan events for the purpose of finding former Girl Scouts who are interested in becoming involved again, working within the community and sharing their Girl Scout memories with current young Girl Scouts.

The group will be holding its campout weekend October 26-28th at the Girl Scout Camp, Camp Welaka, in Jonathan Dickinson State Park. They will partake in the workshop "Songs We Used to Sing," cook their own food and share their favorite Girl Scout memories, while making new ones.
