Local Paintball Field Donates Birthday Parties
Contributed by: Rush Paintball on 2/12/2008

Mary Ann Caspar went to the St. Clare Catholic School Auction in November 2007. And there it was. Her son's 11th birthday party!

Rush Paintball donated two birthday parties for 10 for the auction that would help St.Clare's which is located in North Palm Beach. St. Claire's contributed a case of paintballs to each birthday party and Rush Paintball contributed another. So the party came with all the rental equipment and most of the paintballs needed for Caspar's birthday party. And all it cost was a donation to St. Claire's Catholic School. It was a win-win situation for Caspar.

Caspar had never been to a paintball field and wasn't sure what to expect. But with the help of Don and Sharon Guest, owners and operators of Rush Paintball, her expectations were exceeded. "I have only good things to say," said Caspar, speaking of her experience with Rush Paintball. "We never knew any of this was out here," continued Caspar, referring tonot only Rush Paintball, but Moroso Motorsports Park and Moroso Motocross. "We had friends on the motocross track. It was kind of cool."

Caspar found that all the parents she spoke to were open-minded about letting their boys battle it out with paint-filled gelatin capsules. Paintball, when played in a controlled environment, is safer than bowling and golf, according to SGMA, an independent sporting goods demographic company. Rush Paintball is strict with the rules to promote safe, fun and organized paintball events.

Rush Paintball, located in Jupiter, habitually donates birthday parties to schools and churches. "It's a great way to promote our business and at the same time help our local educational and non-profit organizations raise needed funds," said Don Guest, owner of Rush Paintball. To help make the party experience even better professional sport photography is provided by Say Cheezz and a concession stand is on site supplying hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, snacks and drinks. Catering is available for groups small and large. But players are welcome to bring their own food and drinks--even a grill if they are that ambitious.

Caspar found a way to give her son a great birthday party and help St. Claire's Catholic School at the same time, thanks to Rush Paintball.
