Stuart, FL - Members of the North County Art Association will be featured at Molly's Gallery for the month of May. The public is invited to meet all the artists and stroll through the 3 story Victorian house during the Opening Art Reception, Thursday, May 7 from 4 - 7p.m. Portion of the proceeds from the sale of the art will be donated to Molly's House.

The featured artists include:

Tess Lindsay: Tess's passion for art manifested itself at a young age. She paints with heart and in a variety of mediums. Her work is on display in nationwide collections.

Linda Mathison is a photographic artist. She has studied with Master photographers and artists. Her work has won top honors in juried shows and competitions. Her strong eye for design, love for nature and creative ideas present these unique images.

Camille Babusik was born in Philadelphia. Studied at Penna. Academy of Fine Arts. She took several courses in Photography at the Burlington Community College and Media Design at Peters Valley in Layton, NJ. Presently living in Hobe Sound these past six years. She has taken courses at the Lighthouse Center for the Arts with the many fine teachers there.

Mary D'Avanzo Recipient of many awards. She has exhibited her work in numerous shows and has her work in many private collections. She is a self taught artist recently retired from supervising high school computer labs in Connecticut. She resides in Hobe Sound with her family.

The North County Art Association was formed to promote educational artistic activities in the arts throughout the North Palm Beach County and Southern Martin County areas. Each year, the NCAA awards scholarships to outstanding high school students as well as to art summer programs based on economic need. The NCAA offers members the opportunity to exhibit work in venues throughout the community."

Molly's Gallery has been open since September 2008 and has received over 1180 visitors to view the local artists works that have been exhibit. May is our final official show until November of 2009, when all new local artists will be featured.
