FAU's Jupiter Campus Lifelong Learning Society Kick's Off its 10th Year of Enriching the Lives of Nontraditional Students
On Monday, August 6th, FAU's Lifelong Learning Society will distribute the 2007 Fall Catalog, which features over 19 classes.
Celebrating a decade of lifelong learning, the society hopes to add a significant amount of registrations this fall to the 15,718 recorded last year.
The Lifelong Learning Society is dedicated to enriching the lives of mature students by offering non-credit, university-level courses that require no homework or exams.
The classes are taught by highly qualified FAU professors and distinguished guest lecturers.
The 2007 fall semester includes classes taught on a variety of subjects, such as American foreign policy, milestones in American music, important legal battles, introduction to philosophy, clear writing, minorities of the Middle East, literature into film, and foreign films.
Classes will begin on Monday, October 15, 2007, and early registration is suggested.
The catalog is free to public and there are varied costs for classes.
